Privacy policy: Intern Evaluations

This app is used to fill in evaluations of medical interns, and is open only to users approved by its administrator.

• What we receive from Google: when you sign in with Google, the app receives your name, email address and profile picture. It gets no access to your Drive, Gmail or any other data in your account.
• How it is used: your email address is used to check that you are allowed to use the app, and is stored next to each evaluation you write. Your name and picture are not stored.
• Where it is stored: evaluations are stored in Google Sheets owned by the app's administrator. Each intern can view their own evaluations sheet.
• Sharing: the data is not sold or passed to anyone else.
